From December 21 to January 5, we invite you to celebrate the magic of the end of the year celebrations together with a package including a special Christmas and New Year's Eve menu.

The 5-course Christmas menu (from December 21 to 27 included) includes:
- Aperitif & appetizer
- Holstein carpaccio, mushrooms, dried fruits and walnut oil
- Fillet of doe with cranberries, chestnut purée and glazed vegetables
- Trio of selected cheese and condiments
- The traditional Christmas log
The 5-course menu for New Year's Eve (from December 28 to January 5 included) includes:
- Aperitif & appetizer
- Deer carpaccio, cauliflower mousse, radish and young shoots.
- Whole quail stuffed with foie gras and chestnuts
- Full-bodied juice with red fruits, roasted parsnips and carrot coulis
- Trilogy of selected cheese and condiments.
