Cancellation Policy for Groups, Meetings & Events

Prepayment

• First deposit of 30% of the total pro forma invoice as confirmation of the event upon signing the contract.

• The balance of the total invoice is to be paid 15 business days before the event.

If booking with rooms

Total cancellation of rooms and services

• Between 2 months and 10 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total amount of the pro forma invoice will be charged.

• Between 9 days and the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the pro forma invoice will be charged.

Attrition policy (fees for reduction in the number of rooms)

• From 89 to 60 days before the arrival date, a maximum reduction of 35% of the total number of rooms/nights may be made free of charge. If the variation exceeds 35%, 20% of the reduction in the number of nights will be charged.

• Between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date, a reduction of 25% of the total number of rooms/nights may be made free of charge. If the variation exceeds 25%, 50% of the reduction in the number of nights will be charged.

• From 29 to 10 days before the arrival date, a reduction of 10% of the total number of rooms/nights may be made free of charge. If the variation exceeds 10%, 75% of the reduction in the number of nights will be charged.

• Between 9 and 4 days before the arrival date, a reduction of 5% of the total number of rooms/nights may be made free of charge. If the variation exceeds 5%, 85% of the reduction in the number of nights will be charged.

• From 3 days before the arrival date, any reduction in the number of nights will incur a penalty of 100% of the cancelled nights.

If booking without rooms

Total cancellation of participants and services

• Between 1 month and 10 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total amount of the pro forma invoice will be charged.

• Between 9 days and the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the pro forma invoice will be charged.

• From 60 to 30 days before the arrival date, a maximum reduction of 35% of the total number of participants may be made free of charge. If the variation exceeds 35%, 20% of the reduction in participants will be charged.

• Between 29 and 10 days before the arrival date, a reduction of 25% of the total number of participants may be made free of charge. If the variation exceeds 25%, 50% of the reduction in participants will be charged.

• From 9 to 4 days before the arrival date, a reduction of 10% of the total number of participants may be made free of charge. If the variation exceeds 10%, 75% of the reduction in participants will be charged.

• From 3 days before the arrival date, any reduction in the number of participants will incur a penalty of 100% of the cancelled participations.
