Reservation information

Arrival

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, except for the Safari Suite, which is available from 4:00 PM. We kindly ask you and your guests to present a valid ID upon check-in. All guests must be at least 18 years old. Children under 18 must be supervised by their parents during their stay. Check-out is until 12:00 PM.

Guarantee

Your reservation is guaranteed until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive later, please contact the reception to secure your booking.

Food and Drinks

The Quai 5 restaurant welcomes you every day from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering international cuisine and seasonal dishes. For a drink or a relaxed moment, enjoy our chic and contemporary Monty’s bar. Book here

Parking

As a hotel guest, you can park for free. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available.
