On 24 December from 7 pm, immerse yourself in the magic of Christmas and enjoy a delicious and festive evening.

The evening includes a special festive menu, a live concert to accompany your dinner with music and, of course, a very special visit from Santa Claus to delight young and old alike. 🎅

Amuse-bouches

• Champagne-poached oyster, gratinated with 30-month-aged AOC Comté cheese
• Onion crostini with herb mousse, bresaola and pistachio

Cold starter
Scallops prepared French toast-style, with poached mussels and crayfish, shellfish emulsion and microgreens

Hot starter
Poultry ballotine with a melting Herve cheese centre and chestnut pieces, abbey beer and Liège syrup reduction

Palate cleanser
Sgroppino al Limone
Lemon sorbet, vodka, limoncello and Prosecco

Main course
Roasted venison medallion with sage butter, Grand Veneur sauce, parsnip mousseline with walnut oil, creamy carrots and winter truffle potato terrine

Dessert
Raspberry and bergamot entremets
Raspberry sponge, crispy feuilletine, vanilla and passion fruit cream, puffed rice
